00pm It works great for families with children in school and daycare! Wolfe Living Center is a small 48 bed Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility that is located is a quiet & safe country side retirement community in Harrah.
We are off of NE 63rd Street just 1/2 mile west of Luther Road.
A current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing is a MUST We are looking for a well-organized, strong-professional leader & caring Nurse to lead our team! Our #1 priority is the safety, security and wellness for our much loved Residents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status - Utilize electronic medical record system (Point Click Care) for documentation and communication Recognize changes in condition of our residents and respond appropriately.
Inform physicians of any changes in resident progress, condition or medicinal needs.
Supervise Nursing Aides and Medication Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and offer help where needed.
Admitting new residents.
Performing treatments.
Qualifications:
Familiar with Point Click Care computer program for charting.
Long Term/Skilled Nursing experience Upbeat & caring attitude The hourly pay is $28 per hour PLUS BAYLOR! We offer health insurance, vision & dental.

- Perform specimen collection and processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols - Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean environment - Assist with durable medical equipment (DME) setup and maintenance - Collaborate with healthcare team members on discharge planning for patients - Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, such as ophthalmology or dialysis - Administer basic IV medications and monitor patient response - Assist with dermal filler procedures as directed by healthcare providers - Utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems for documentation and communication
Experience:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in good standing - Previous experience in specimen collection and processing is preferred - Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices - Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) setup and maintenance - Experience in discharge planning for patients is beneficial - Specialized knowledge or experience in ophthalmology or dialysis is a plus - Proficiency in administering basic IV medications - Familiarity with dermal filler procedures is desired but not required - Experience using electronic health record systems, such as Athenahealth, is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
